The 2014 OSCON Call for Participation is open until January 30. The conference takes place July 20-24 in Portland, Oregon.
OSCON came out of what started as “The Perl Conference”, so Perl holds a special value at the event. Not only that, but Portland and the US Northwest is a Perl stronghold.
I have some advice from previous years’ CfPs:
- The sort of proposals I’d like to see at OSCON from 2011 and 2012
- How to tell your Perl story
- What not to do in your proposal
If you would like some help with your proposal, email me and we’ll figure it out.
